Ever since it opened its doors in 1981, Black Knight has served savoury dishes and hot pots to its patrons in Taipei. Now, Black Knight has come to Singapore to deliver the same renowned taste, in Marina Bay Sands.
Since its inception in Taipei in 1981, the shop has built up a strong following over the past 40 years. World-famous Celebrities such as Jay Chou, Ang Lee, A-Mei, and many more, have become avid fans of the restaurant. Now, Black Knight has come to Singapore, and is serving up their delicious hot pots and dishes at Marina Bay Sands.
Renowned for its freshness and spice, the flavours come from 8 hours of careful simmering, giving way to our signature dishes, such as our Fish Maw Chicken Pot, Drunken Pot, Taro Spare Ribs Pot and more!
What makes up our hot pots are the finest, nourishing ingredients: collagen, fresh seafood, high quality meats, such as Japanese Wagyu and Australian beef, and more.
More than just hot pots, we also serve great value lunch sets such as Taiwanese lo mein and beef noodles and other Chinese delights.
